Schenectady Greenmarket moves indoors on November 4, but you won’t want to miss our last few weeks outdoors! Live music, balloon artists twisting fun creations for kids (and adults), specials from your favorite vendors, and – of course – the fun, festive atmosphere of the Outdoor Market. See you Sunday!
What’s Fresh This Week
Free Bird Farm: Certified organic baby bok choy, and garlic braids – a great gift for the holidays.
Mariaville Farm: Fresh eggs; cut-up whole chickens, rabbit, pasture-raised duck, pork, lamb, and Black Angus beef.
Quincy Farm will have delicious butternut, acorn, delicata, and sugar dumpling squash; plus baby spinach, arugula, spring mix, chard, kale, and more!
Skinner’s Sugarbush: Try our new autumn harvest pielets, moist apple mini cakes, and maple currant scones. We’ll also have many of your favorites like golden fruit scones, chocolate coconut bars, harvest bars, pumpkin bars, lime meltaways, and much more. Our new cookie this week is peanut butter chocolate chocolate chunk! Our syrup is always bottled in glass.
Our Daily Eats: Stop by and try one of our tasty new products: raspberry green tea granola (made with organic raspberry green tea from Divinitea), sweet nuts and fruits muesli (no added cane sugar, perfect raw or cooked in oatmeal), or roasted red pepper pesto (sweet peppers with hints of basil and garlic, dairy free). Eat well every day!
Café NOLA: Butternut squash bisque and our blackened sandwiches; fresh squeezed lemonade and sweet iced tea.
