This Sunday is your last chance to enjoy our Outdoor Market around City Hall! But don’t worry – our fun festive market moves indoors to Proctors starting on November 4. Schenectady Greenmarket moves inside to Proctors starting NEXT SUNDAY, November 4. What’s Fresh This Week
Sushan Valley Hydro Farm: We will have our oh-so-sweet-cherry tomatoes, beefsteak, and vine cluster tomatoes, plus our new yellow vine cluster tomatoes; Asian and baby cucumbers; zucchini, romaine and mixed heads of lettuce, arugula, and watercress; basil, cilantro, mint, dill, thyme, sage, oregano, parsley, and rosemary; and the beginnings of our long green pole beans.
Quincy Farm will have delicious frost-sweetened carrots, brussels sprouts, kale, chard, beets, and more; plus we’re bringing extras of our big delicious (and popular) sweet potatoes!
Mariaville Farm: Fresh Shiitake and oyster mushrooms; Black Angus beef, pastured pork, lamb, chicken, and duck; fresh eggs.
3 Chicks and a P: Indian spice and pumpkin hummus, plus all your other favorites. All kids that stops by our table in costume will receive a Halloween treat!
Burden Lake Creamworks: Offering lovely rosemary shea creme – perfect for fall.
Mosaics by Christine has new fall lazy Susans, a mosaic Christmas tree, trivets, and other gifts. Also plenty of new bamboo tie dye socks and new tie dye shoelaces. Still time to place your holiday orders.
