What’s Fresh This Week – October 14

Think Soup!

The weather is getting cooler – and that means it’s time to rethink our menus. Fortunately, there are lots of tasty ingredients available at Schenectady Greenmarket. Think soup! A savory meat base or a hearty veggie stock will delight your tastebuds and warm your insides during this crisp fall season. Don’t forget a healthy slice of fresh baked bread. Finish the meal with a sweet pastry, cookie, or tart from one of our baked good vendors. Make the most of the autumn weather!
