Variety of Vegetables!
This time of the growing season enables us to be creative with our eating. We are still enjoying late summer produce like tomatoes and peppers, plus we have the beginnings of fall harvest like squashes. Stop by this Sunday and see the variety of vegetables our vendors have to offer.
What’s Fresh This Week
Hope Valley Farm: Freshly picked and cleaned Brussel Sprouts; pickled garlic scapes; Tuscany kale, winter bor kale, lettuce, and arugula; sweet Walla Walla Onions, beets, broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, pesto basil, red Russian fingerling and new potatoes. all Certified Naturally Grown.
Barber’s Farm has winter suash: acorn, butternut, buttercup, amber cup, spaghetti, blue and red Hubbard; pumpkins.
Quincy Farm will have baby arugula, Swiss chard and kales; zucchinis, acorns and delicata squashes; hakurei turnips, radishes, tomatoes, carmen sweet peppers, and more!
Abbey Farms: Goat meat.
Earthly Remedies: dryer balls, deodorant, and bug spray; skin protector (sun block) and sun burn relief on clearance!
Euro Delicacies: Dolmas-stuffed grape leaves in lemon rice.
