Mariaville Farm: Fresh-never-frozen duck and chicken; pasture raised lamb, goat, and black Angus beef; fresh eggs; fresh Shiitake and oyster mushrooms.
The Peanut Principle: Peanut ginger dressing, plus our large variety of nut and seed butters.
Cafe NOLA: Grilled portabella mushroom sandwiches; blackened catfish or chicken sandwiches topped with sweet peppers and mozzarella cheese; Iced tea, sweet tea, Arnold Palmers, or fresh squeezed lemonade – raspberry, strawberry, or cherry.
