Fresh Sunday, April 29

Hudson-Chatham Winery: There’s nothing like a crisp, dry Riesling to complement the fresh flavors of spring. Hudson-Chatham has a great one, and this week it’s on sale! Buy 2 or more bottles and get 10% off. The winery will also have its usual selection of fine whites, reds, sweet, sparkling, and dessert wines.

Barber’s Farm will have fresh asparagus, mustard greens, spinach, Swiss chard and lettuce, plus potted herbs, vegetables and flowers.

Glassy Beads: Sunday is the last day my hand-made glass jewelry will be available, so stop by and find a treasure for the special mother in your life… before it’s too late!

Sistahs Vintage Aprons will be featuring apron considerations for Mother’s Day gifts in sassy prints for the favorite woman in your life. Look for bold print and color combinations for your apron statement.

Café NOLA: Chicken Étouffée (blackened chicken with Étouffée sauce) and Abita Turbo-Dog Beer Braised Short Ribs, both accompanied with dirty rice. Our dirty rice is gluten free and available separately! Four Cheese Baked Macaroni. Freshly squeezed lemonade, raspberry lemonade, cherry lemonade, sweet tea, Arnold Palmer, and raspberry tea.

Healing Path Massage will have Jennifer Cross and Wendell Harris offering chair massage this Sunday at the market; come and enjoy a massage this last week indoors. We’ll only be at the market once per month in the summer – hope to see you outside on the 3rd Sunday of the month!

Merry Hill Farm: Stop by this last week and check out our selection of hand dyed and natural color alpaca yarn. We have alpaca roving for spinning and crafts plus kits for knitting hats and scarves, dyeing yarn with kool-aid, or making your own felted hat. We also have a great selection of hand crafted products, including some super soft and colorful baby hats.

Chick and Hen Baking Company: We’ll be here for the last Sunday inside, with a tomato vegetable spring minestrone, our yummy applewood bacon quiches; chicken, beef and black bean empanadas; pecan lace cookies, lemon meringue tarts, classic cheesecakes, almond florentines and so much more. Stop by and visit us for a coupon for our first outdoor market!

Mariaville Angus Farm: Fresh duck and chicken, farm fresh eggs, dry aged Black Angus beef, Heritage pork, no-nitrate bacon, and five types of sausages.

Three Chicks and a P will have our newest addition to our hummus family – Horseradish!  We’ll also have an Olive Tapenade and an Artichoke Tapenade, along with our regular flavors. Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Pixie’s Preserves: Due to the cold weather I will not have asparagus this week, but stop by for your favorite jams and jellies!
